The General Stereo is bringing legendary NYC DJs to Vans iconic Brooklyn location, calling back the revolutionary early days of these internet radio pioneers.
Before “algorithmic playlists” became a buzzword, these selectors were digging deep into long dusted crates, using their taste and entrepreneurial spirit to build their own community, one for and by music lovers of all stripes.
Now DJ Dirrty of the famous Ballers Eve show has brought that magic back to The General by Vans store in Brooklyn. For six weeks, The General will play host to a baker’s dozen of performances, all streamed live via The General Stereo on Consequence of Sound Radio.
